Each Gammon is presented in an individual carry home box to ensure the quality of the meat is  protected. Inside the box, the gammon comes in a cooking bag ready for cooking either roasting or boiling in the bag.

Our gammons range in size from 4 to 6 kg 9lb to 13.5lb’s

Corner Gammon

Each Gammon is presented in an individual carry home box to ensure the quality of the

Short back bacon

Our Bacon corners are vacum packed in 5lb pack or 2.27kg

Price £2.70 per lb or £5.94 per kilo

Bacon can be sold by the lb which will be cling filmed.
